Lindsey is a change practitioner, project leader, and organizational development strategist. Her background includes work in federal and local government settings, consulting, and large and small arts and culture organizations.
For over 15 years, the most gnarly challenges Lindsey has faced focus on the shifting workforce: developing malleable skill sets and mindsets to meet a changing job market; creating inclusive organizational cultures where team members feel seen, heard, and known; and helping organizations implement large-scale technology adoption.
Lindsey blends her interest areas in systems thinking, human-centered design, mindfulness, facilitation, and leadership development with foundational business and mission understanding to drive impact.
She is on the Board of Directors of Insight on the Inside, an organization that shares mindfulness with people who are incarcerated in the DC Metro area. She enjoys bike riding, cooking, and practicing her burgeoning Spanish language skills.
